The Jiu Jitsu Shop Shipping and Returns Policies

FREE Domestic Shipping:

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, The Jiu Jitsu Shop offers free shipping on all domestic (US) orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. The Jiu Jitsu Shop understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 1-7 business days depending on the distance you are from California.  

We are based out of California so if you are in California you can expect the items in 1-2 days!  If you are near our Roseville HQ send us a message and you may be able to pick it up same day!

Other shipping options USPS Priority VS Express Mail:

Anything ordered from our website that is over 13 ounces will AUTOMATICALLY ship for FREE with USPS Priority mail this in the US takes anywhere from 1-3 days.  Internationally please see section below.  If the items are under 13 ounces they ship using First class mail which can take 3-5 days to ship.  If you want to expediate any rashguards/shorts or t-shirt orders to USPS Priority mail please do so at checkout.  

Express mail takes 1-2 days.  Most places in the US it is a next day service but there are a few cities where it takes 2 days. When selecting this service please note that it is very likely to be there next day but if you absolutely need it next day check with us or USPS.

UPS next day is currently being added to these options but will be the most expensive shipping option. 

International Shipping:

Our international customers will enjoy live rates from USPS and UPS for all orders.  The rates will be calculated automatically before the payment is taken so you know exactly how much it will cost to ship the product to your doorstep.  All orders will have insurance to make sure it reaches your door step.  

Typical shipping times vary from 6-15 days depending on the country.  If you absolutely need faster shipping send us a message or notes in your order and we'll reach out to you.  We're here to make this as pleasant as possible! 

We have also set up paypal to accept payment easier from people outside of the US.  

Returns & Exchanges

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving the returned package.  

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

**Items Purchased from the Clearance Section are NOT eligible for returns.  This is the one exeption as the items in that category are very cheap and priced to sell at a loss.
